'Rooms were clean, breakfast had sausage, extensive grounds. We did not use the pool (outdoor only) but we did play frisbee in the lawn. One exterior light was broken -- not by our frisbee! -- but the property was well-maintained. Recommend for families.'

'I was outside waiting for my fiance to get back and a lady approached a friend and looking for WiFi ..... she was pretending so she could try to spy on us for whatever reason. She actually worked there. They listen to everyone's conversations via camera.'

'Property is very unique and historical. Staff very polite and knowledgeable of the area. Room was very clean but very outdated. Carpet and door need to be replaced. No coffee pot in room nor offered in the front office area. I will plan to stay here again if my travel plans bring me this way again.'

'We stayed in the room with 5 bunk beds. It was clean and roomy. The mattress’s were comfy enough. The room had a smell of moisture or mildew. The room was very humid. We had a good night sleep. Loved the court yard and the cascade park was right behind the motel. We enjoyed a walk in the park and the kids played at the very nice playground!'

'Property seemed run down, rooms were plain and little character. We interacted with 3 front desk employees. Only the last person we dealt with was pleasant or inviting. Overall an ok stay but after walking around town, realized there were multiple better options to stay.'

'Sink clogged,Bed linens had hair on them. Had to wait for someone to come to front desk to check in. It was about ten minutes. Called number on front desk and only got voicemail. Will not be staying there again. Halls reeled of garlic. Went to eat breakfast at 8:00 no fruit, no eggs, was not impressed!!'

We weren't the only people at the hotel, but perhaps we were the only ones on the third floor. I'm not sure, but either way I appreciated the peace and quiet. Now onto the bad part. This hotel must have previously been a smokers hotel, because the entire building reeks of tobacco smoke. You get used to it after a day or so, but if you can't acclimate to the smell then you seriously need to...

'First off the staff was AMAZING, he helped me when needed a first floor room, and then there were problems with the tvs not working so he helped me move myself and kids to a different room. He made sure we had all the stuff we needed for our stay and was very helpful and kind. However the pool was closed, he said they had it listed on their website, it was not and that was disappointing as my kids were looking forward to swimming. Most of the room was clean, however the microwave and stove top...

'For the price i would bypass this one . Rooms are not updated . Walls are paperthin . People next to us and above us kept us up all night long . We had a room with a balcony The bathroom had a window that overlooked the people next to us balcony so at anytime they could look into our bathroom just had a flimsey old curtain to block the view Food was not worth the price paid yea totally bypass this one at all cost'
