'I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff.'

'The room was Ok, just a place to sleep. It was relatively clean. The pool was not in service and there was no notice on the site, (we have kids and it was really the only reason we stayed here). Spent $10 to do 2 loads of clothes (only 1 washer, 2 dryers, and they still didn't get fully dry). The "breakfast" was thoroughly unimpressive. Overall, Skip this place unless all you need to do is sleep.'

'There was a water leak in the room that was reserved for us and it could not be fixed same day. Upon my request I asked the kind young lady at front desk if she could recommend a diff motel for us for that 1 night stay. She did and called that diff motel to see if they had any vacancies which theu did. She had great customer service skills. She also directed us to the Jayco (Kroger) store where we could get gas'

'The mattress needed replacing . Felt like sinking into a hole. Neighbors were up to 2:30 going in and out with a kid that had zero indoor voice. Motorcycle group also staying there reving motors. Not our best stay there. Usually good place...these were not really the hotels fault but I would think the office would hear them or see it on their security monitor that is right at the desk.'
