'The property was lovely. The rooms were extremely clean, but what made my experience top-tier….. Were the employees!!! There were three people that I saw working during my stay. They were all African-American. There was a Lady, a younger gentleman and an older gentleman. All of them were just wonderful. I wasn’t a fan of the parking situation, but it was in downtown so it is what it is but due to how wonderful the staff was I’d come back again even though I didn’t enjoy the parking situation....

'This hotel was beautiful. The room was perfect and comfy with lots of extra details. We were there during a busy time and they took security of hotels guests seriously and kept traffic within the hotel very monitored. The customer service was above and beyond. I would stay here again and wish this hotel was in every city I visited!'

'Hotel was clean and exactly as listed! Breakfast was perfect with waffles, eggs, French toast, cereal, yogurt and various breads. The bar tender, Stephen, was amazing!!!! He offered suggestions as to some great places to visit and also made fantastic cocktails! This hotel was only a few blocks from 4th Street Live! Great place to stay! Will definitely be going back! 'This hotel did not feel like a Marriott. It felt a little dated. The floor plan was a little awkward. I never did find an ice machine. Parking garage was bit secure. There were also issues with the elevator and only one was operating most of the weekend. All of that being said, I would STILL give this hotel 5 stars and will DEFINITELY return in the future.
