'The room was good but the security was lacking. Someone tried to enter our room the last night we were there 3 times. Thank goodness for the deadbolt and security lock. Made for a very scary and no sleeping night.'

The place is right off the highway, quiet and safe feeling, the price is the best I could find for Kentucky Derby week, and the staff is friendly and helpful. 'De nieuwe mevrouw aan de balie was vriendelijk. Degene die er al langer werkte was helemaal niet vriendelijk. Ook al hadden we onze kamer in januari geboekt en gevraagd voor het glvl niet gekregen. Trap was kapot en gevaarlijk, vuile kamer en kakkerlakken. '

'Bathroom was dirty, people smoking on balcony and coming in though AC unit. Complained to front desk after checkin, no refund or doing. Nothing about it. Bathtub was filthy dirty. Not happy with stay and will be calling corporate and filing a complaint. '

'Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First room, the tub faucet had steady water leak and bathroom floor was very weak and felt like you would fall through floor when stepped on. We ask for another room and that room was dirty and had no bed coverings. Then we had to ask for another room. We were never given an apology at all at any of the 3 times we had to change rooms - he acted completely bothered and was very rude during the whole experience. I would never recommend this...
