'It is a Great place to relax and enjoy the beach with the family. The food was great with a taste of traditional Mexican cuisine. The nightly shows are enjoyable!! The Staff is amazingly excellent from the room service to the outdoors. The service at the Caracol Bar with Lucio, Anibal, and Carlos was Excellent. The Premium Lounge had great selection of snacks and food and Guadalupe made it special with her great service. We had a great time at the late night bar with live music and refreshing...

'No tienen muchas habitaciones para escoger, le falta mantenimiento al hotel, no hay mucha variedad de los alimentos y el comedor no tiene aire acondicionado, es tormentoso estar por el calor. Los trabajadores unos muy amables y otros hasta groseros. Deberían de motivarlos $$$$'

'Being diabetic and didn’t have a Mini fridge in the room, that makes it hard when have to travel with a medical condition that requires having the medication refrigerated When I talk to the Expedia costumers service they couldn’t help me to find a solution and the hotel didn’t offer a cooler with ice for the medication They told me to take the medicine to the nursing room I was on the 22 th floor and the nurses room was on the bottom floor that is not convenient solution'
