'Mooie en schone hotel. Zwembad mag vaker worden schoongemaakt. Veel leuke activiteiten, supermarkt en winkels op loopafstand. Perfecte locatie. Wel jammer dat room cleaning 1 x per 3 dagen is. Dat vind ik een beetje te lang.'

'Every 4 days they clean the room but only trash will take out and change the towels if you put it on the floor, they did not change the beddings, no vacuum either they clean the dust. You must to pay for parking $10/day and they log you out in the wifi even you are not check out yet. The location was good near Universal, Disney, Vineland Outlet and Restaurants but still i would not recommend this Hotel. '

'Hotel was prima, er stond in het systeem dat we geen ontbijt hadden, de heren keken de reservering op mijn telefoon en kreeg het ontbijt. De volgende ochtend deed de dame achter de balie erg moeilijk over het ontbijt omdat het niet in het systeem stond kon het in eerste instantie niet, later konden we toch maar eten. We zaten op de 21e verdieping, prachtig uitzicht maar je hoorde alles wat buiten gebeurde. Verder was het in het hotel duur, 15 dollar voor een mix drankje, Shuttlebus naar...

'We hebben na onze eerste nacht een nieuwe kamer gevraagd wegens geluidsoverlast, ze deden hier niet moeilijk over. Het bed wordt 1x/dag schoongemaakt/gedekt. Propere handdoeken zouden ze elke dag leggen, al hebben we hier na 3 dagen zelf achter moeten vragen. Hotel ligt heel centraal, je bent snel bij alle gelegenheden die er te doen zijn. '

'De room, beds and bathroom where good. There is a really small closet for your clothes. The lobby and elevators smell like a Indian kitchen. Saturdaynight there was a party till 1 in the morning at the rooftop. The music was so loud we couldt sleep. They apologize for the inconvenience '

'Room was good. They advertise having transportation to the universal parks. There is one shuttle at 8:00am that takes you to the park and one at 5:00pm that picks you up from the park. I had expected to have more possibilities. We ended up using Uber which was easy and cheap. Breakfast was pretty good. No fresh fruit though. Gave 1 star for environmental friendliness because everything at breakfast was disposable and our towels were changed every day even when we hung them up.'

'Hotel wordt verbouwd. Is ook nodig. Ontbijt viel tegen. Kaas, worst, croissant, vers fruit ontbraken. Toen het apparaat voor de jus en water het niet deed kon water uit de gym gepakt worden. Iets anders kon niet aangeboden worden. Vreemd. '

'Good place to stay, everything was close. There was a free shuttlebus to universal studio’s. Staf was very nice. Only thing I didn’t like was the shower. It made the whole bathroom wet and it wasn’t very black girl friendly.'
