'As a family we were traveling to Walt Disney World in Orlando. We don't like the mass entertainment and not the huge hotels for this. Therefore we choose the Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club & Lodge. What a terrific choice it was. Not for people who do not like the formalities which come with a styles and nice hotel like this. Its serenity, space and the lovely staff and premises where a delight after the business of Disney. We highly recommend this hotel and not only for family trips. A perfect...

'Receptie en waar je ontbijt kon nemen was zeer modern en proper . Ontbijt stelt echt niets voor. Geen verandering , alle dagen hetzelfde . Geen spek of roerei. Enkel wat smeerkaas, confituur en Nutella . Geen brood enkel nagels Verschillende soorten cornflakes. Kamer niet modern en bad was afgeleefd . Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk. Zwembad niet verwarmd en maar 2 u zon aan zwembad op 1 ligbed. Ik spreek voor periode november. Geen aanrader als je graag zont zoals ik. '

'Good place to stay, everything was close. There was a free shuttlebus to universal studio’s. Staf was very nice. Only thing I didn’t like was the shower. It made the whole bathroom wet and it wasn’t very black girl friendly.'

'Room was good. They advertise having transportation to the universal parks. There is one shuttle at 8:00am that takes you to the park and one at 5:00pm that picks you up from the park. I had expected to have more possibilities. We ended up using Uber which was easy and cheap. Breakfast was pretty good. No fresh fruit though. Gave 1 star for environmental friendliness because everything at breakfast was disposable and our towels were changed every day even when we hung them up.'

'Was prima verblijf! Auto niet geparkeerd bij het hotel maar wel elke dag gerekend. Meer dan 100 dollar extra! We kregen later de factuur per mail. '
