« The Grain store was perfect for our stay. The access to the Red Squirrel trail was a real bonus for dog walking. Ideal location for getting out and about and very comfortable accommodation. The Peacock wandering around was a surprise! »

« A fantastic, roomy property in a beautiful rural setting. Sally was really helpful at check-in as the postcode doesn't quite match the location and tricky to locate in the dark! The property is furnished very tastefully and equipped to a high standard too. TV, bed and shower all very good. A few handy welcome gifts too including, tea, coffee, biscuits and washing up things - thanks! Would definitely recommend. »

« We spent 4 great days at Dan's who was so welcoming and friendly. The bedroom is very big and the bed is so comfy. Dans provides some cereals, croissants, orange juice and hot drinks every morning. Another perk was that we could use the kitchen and cook our meals, or take an already prepared salad on the table outside to enjoy the sun in the garden. Cherry on the cake: Dan has got a kayak we used to paddle along the coast which was fun. We practised our English over a drink on our last night. »

« We enjoyed being on the Isle of Wight. Our place was clean and very quiet. Check in was very easy. We visited The Needles, Shanklin Chine, Ventnor Botanical Gardens and Osborne House. We loved it all! »

« I’ve stayed at many properties, and this one is good to look at as it is so old, but the comfort is not so good. The house is ideal as being so close to the manor. We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding, with my sister's husband upstairs and my family downstairs, The problems I had were the side gate open, and the shower not easy to use. The shower head small water goes on to window may be a curtain up, The beds are cricked, single not comfortable bedding cheap, need nice large towels, no...

« The chalet was really nice with new and modern decorations. Sufficient of cookware and kitchen utensils. The location was perfect for the nearby beaches and local shops. The only downside was about the amount of toiletries. We had 4 people staying for 3 nights, but there were only 2 toilet rolls and tester-sized shampoo and shower gel. »

« Lovely apartment, with fully equipped kitchen and large, bright and stylish TV lounge. Literally a couple of minutes walk from the West Cowes ferry terminal, with a great choice of bars and restaurants on the doorstep.The apartment is at the rear of the property, so no street noise. If you intend to discover the island using public transport, the bus terminal is only a 5 minute walk away, situated next to the M&S food hall. Super friendly and helpful owner and manager. Hope to stay again. »
