'We had a very comfortable stay over 4th of July weekend. We were 2 adults and 3 kids ages 10 and under. The second bedroom has a bunk bed that actually provides 3 beds - a double bed bottom with a twin top bunk and a twin trundle pull out under the double. The condo is well stocked with beach equipment (photo attached). It’s an easy walk across the street to the sandy beach. '

'This is the perfect location to walk to great restaurants, fun shopping, and access to several beaches. It’s walking distance to SBCC, State street, and the funk zone. '

'What a lovely Condo! It’s very well appointed and close to the beach. Everything was nice and clean and the bed comfortable. My only suggestion would be to state that it does not have a beach view. '

'The condo was beautiful and very well furnished. The deck was great to sit with morning coffee and evening cocktails. This is a family friendly building on a public beach, not very private or quiet. That is not a negative and the location is ideal for bars and restaurants. The management company was friendly and very responsive. '

'Loved the awesome beach location! Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Unit was clean and had all the necessary cooking equipment! '

'This was an awesome property. We totally enjoyed our stay. Had a little issue with the tv remote but it was resolved almost immediately. Any questions i had were answered in 10 minutes or less via email. The area of carpinteria is wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet even on the weekend. The beach is 5star a-mazing. We cant wait to come back'

'We loved staying here. It had a full refrigerator, a nice living space, dining space, and the bed was very comfortable. The area was quiet, and we loved that it was 2 blocks from the beach. Mark provided all the info. needed for our relaxing vacation. We would stay here again. '

'We loved the location! Great fun riding our Boogie Boards on the waves, playing Beach Volleyball and Horseback Riding on Summerland Beach! Our accommodations were comfortable and clean. Easy walk to restaurants and ice cream at Rori's. Highly recommend for a family beach vacation.'

'Mooi, ruim en schoon appartement. Appartement valt vaak tegen na de mooie plaatjes op internet, maar kwam in dit geval tegemoet aan de verwachtingen. Heerlijk dakterras. Op loopafstand van zee. Kortom, heerlijk verblijf gehad. Wij zouden er direct opnieuw boeken.'

Heather was so accommodating and responsive whenever we needed anything during our stay, which we really appreciated. The house was perfect for our 1-year-old son — so baby-friendly and comfortable, which gave us such peace of mind while traveling. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!'

'Our stay started off with the owner allowing us to check in a bit early which was awesome! Communication was great and every detail was covered. We had a great weekend enjoying the beach just a half block away and walking to restaurants and shops that were all very close by. We even spent a little time relaxing at the pool. The place was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Definitely recommend this spot!! Thank you to the owner for making this a terrific birthday weekend...

"Helaas hebben we een minder verblijf gehad in het hotel. De muren van de kamers zijn dun en de gast die naast ons verbleef vond het nodig om vanaf 5 uur 's morgens de televisie keihard aan te zetten .Met als gevolg dst wij (2 volwassenen en 1 kind) wakker waren. Kloppen op de muur of drur heeft tot niets geleid. Uiteindelijk de receptie gebeld en de situatie uitgelegd. De jongen van de receptie vond het vervelend en beloofde ons het op te pakken. Helaas gebeurde er niets. Er is dus niets mis met het hotel an sich, maar wel met de service van het personeel. "
