'Mooi hotel met metroaansluiting. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Veel keuze bij het ontbijt en ruime kamer. Het restorant is redelijk aan de prijs.'

'Specious room, clean, nice view, perfect service, great fitness area, friendly staff etc. etc. So nothing to conplain about!? However, kindness is overdone….. 5 people of staff to welcome you, after every workout they pit the weight back to original which is quite annoying so perfect in general however a little too much service so too say!'

'I've stayed in a lot of Fairmont hotels and this was the best experience I've ever had. The hotel was clean and modern with great views from the rooms and 35th floor. What made it even better was the service was impeccable. Staff was very friendly and happy to help. Amazing experience!!'

'Overall, extremely clean! Hotel staff is very nice. Rooms are more spacious than other Tokyo hotels I’ve stayed at. They have a free water dispenser, and washer/dryer that you can pay to use at the hotel which makes doing laundry really convenient. Location is right next to Ebisu station, and there a Family Mart around for corner for quick drinks or snacks.'

'We love Everything about this hotel, location amazing in the heart of Shibuya, connecting with Shibuya station, Shibuya scramble shopping mall, shibuya sky, 100s cafe and restaurant..this hotel is just "All in one" Everything you need just right infront of your sights. You get easily access to go to hachiko square and Shibuya square through the kompleks building. The hotel (lobby) stated on the 4th floor of shibuya stream kompleks building.Breakfast delicious, room interior and the whole hotel...

'After many stays in the past I had again a stay in Park Hotel Tokyo. Perfect location, super friendly staff, great breakfast and beautiful art allover the hotel. Nice to be back!'

'Great location as near train station. Impeccable room. So clean and all staff are so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend.'

Wie...

'Our stay at The Peninsula Tokyo was truly exceptional. The level of service and hospitality exceeded our expectations and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with every amenity imaginable. We frequently stay at five-star hotels, yet we have rarely experienced a room so thoughtfully prepared and generously provided with comforts and facilities as we did here. This truly reflects what a genuine five-star hotel should...

'Amazing stay'

'Good rooms & Spa. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast.'

'We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Daiichi Tokyo and it was disappointing! Being part of Hankyu hotels group (which we had the opportunity to stay in Osaka with a very positive experience), we had good expectations. But it was disappointing even unacceptable for Japan standards where hygiene and cleanliness is spectacular usually. I've been many times in Japan and it is the first time such a situation happened. On first night, I found a dirty towel! Yes, a towel with several brown/reddish...

'It was a clean room, friendly staff. We were happy with the laundry/dryer combination on the room.'

' J'ai logé régulièrement dans cet hotel depuis 20 ans ! et cette fois mauvais impression ! on ne se croit plus au Jpaon .... le service est fait aujourdh'ui fait sans enthousiasme ... comme si personne n'avait envie de travailler dans cet hotel. '

'The staff at the hotel is super awesome and helpful. I stay here from time to time when traveling to Tokyo for work. Good location.'
