'Great hotel. The rooms are in very good condition since the hotel is new. The design of the rooms and of the public areas is really neat. Only the last night the fire alarm sounded and everyone in the hotel was awake.
The location is really great. The area has many bars and restaurants and is still very quiet. On walking distance to the more busy Roppongi. '

Kamer is compact, maar net groot genoeg voor 2 valiezen half open te doen en 2 rugzakken.
Massagestoel werd elke dag minstens 1x gebruikt, echt leuke optie.
Leuk dat je een pyjama hebt die elke dag wordt opgevouwen of zelfs ververst.
2 flesjes water per dag. Gratis koffie, tandenborstel etc.
Enige jammere is geen (coin) laundry. Ze bieden laundry service aan, maar dit dan...

'I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. 'Rooms were a bit small as usually in Tokyo but you get used to that. Nice view from the window couch. Great beds. Very close to the subway exit. Fantastic onsen which is so nice late at night after a long day in the city. Breakfast was ok (mostly a delicious Japanese selection but we love that, but not much fresh fruit). 'Accomodation was clean and tidy, staff were kind and helpful with anything we needed. the location is extremely convenient with everything being within walking distance and of course the 7 eleven being right downstairs was the biggest bonus with this accomodation. only thing to note would be the room size it was a tad squishy for my friend and I would definitely upgrade to a bigger room next time.
