Woonboten in Inside Passage

'Great hotel. We had some trouble contacting them, but that was due to our phones. But when we arrived we asked the neighboring pizza place to class them and they arrived super fast to let us in. Room was very comfortable with interesting bedlinnen;). Great that they offer airport shuttle too, super useful'

'Great room with a view of the harbor. Easy walking distance to downtown too.'

'The lodge was wonderful and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. We also appreciated the laundry facilities. However, when we first arrived, there two very unfriendly (bordering on rude) employees at the front desk. The person on the desk later was much better.'

'A rustic, old-time feel but very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. If you have a car, be sure to ask where to park. I will stay here again next time I'm in Juneau.'

'The main issue we had as there is no sign on the building! There is no way to identify you have arrived at the location. You have to get the room key from a store near the building ( we had to ask people in the street and eventually another store owner took us to the right store to get the key) very unprofessional and frustrating. '

'The place is been renovated and a work in progress. Room was excellent but no ice machines or ice trays yet. We’re told that would be fixed. The view comes with road noise but worth it. Would stay again once renovations are completed.'

'Hotel was near restaurants. The room smelled bad. No screen on fourth story window. The dead bolt did not lock. I was not able to take a shower because the part to pull out of the faucet was missing. I did not want to hang out at the hotel at all. I will not stay there again.'

'There was basically no breakfast tho it was advertised as offering breakfast. There were some things available - very limited and you had to pay for them. The rooms were clean but extremely small for the price. The staff was very helpful. The TV in the lobby was set to Trump giving a speech, which is their right and, perhaps we should all sit and watch our president when he speaks publicly, but given the current divided country, probably made some people very uncomfortable.
