'Upon arrival at the Grantham Arms, we were welcomed warmly by staff. The atmosphere was friendly and cheerful on the Saturday before Christmas. Our room was well-appointed and very cosy. 'Room was very good. Rather warm, but turning the radiators off and opening the windows sorted that out. A very pleasant stay with the breakfast a 6 mile walk and a light lunch in the pub.'
