'The property itself was fantastic to stay at...indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, bar, small restaurant, bike rentals, boardwalk to the beach. The condo was clean, had beach chairs, beach wagon, chairs on the patio, beds and pillows were comfortable, ample parking, close to stores and public beach as well. I would recommend this place and will stay here again. The staff were friendly and helpful, and Nicolas (owner) was very responsive and helpful. '

'Great location and top unit with ocean view. The apartment itself has older features and basic amenities but is clean and does the job for a beach trip. Bunk beds are good for small kids. The rental company responds very quickly and thoroughly to any questions!'

'I have been going to HHI 2 or 3 times a year for 25 yrs. Folly Field is my favorite location. This property was the perfect location for access to pool and beach. I do not normally stay on first floor in any property in Hilton Head because I can’t see the ocean. This unit provided both and the fact that it had access from the balcony to get to pool and beach. 'Really enjoyed our stay. Being on the 3rd floor is the only draw back I find here. We have been staying here for several years, so it's nothing new and it is noted on the description, but each year it seems that I choose to take less and less to the room because I don't want to tote it.
