'Property very beautiful only problem was check-in. I arrived at 2:55pm on 8/8/26 and the lady receptionist told me that my room wasn't ready so I had to wait a few minutes. Approximately 3:10 the line was really long so I got back into line and waited. When I was over at the front desk the lady receptionist was waiting on another lady infront of me and I heard her tell the lady her room wasn't ready but she'll find her one that was. I'm wondering why couldn't she have done the same for, but...
