'Checked in somewhat late and first think noticed the room was quite warm but just figured the A/C needed to be turned down. After doing that it never did blow out cold air and consequently the room never cooled down , couldn’t sleep much because the room was at least 80 . Told the front desk and the response was OK..Hamptons are usually pretty good but it all comes down to management and staff that cares . I would say this place need some attention in both departments'

The toilet did not flush
There was not any soap in the bathroom
There was no shuttle, I am handicapped and could not get myself back to the taxi stand.
I called for help both airport and hotel. and it took one hour for a taxi. And it was a man from the airport staff that finally helped me.'

'I wish I had her name but the young woman who checked me in & out was very helpful! She allowed me to put 2 very heavy suitcases behind the counter & helped get them out to the shuttle at 2:30 in the morning! The room was updated & very clean, the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!'

'We stayed at this motel end of April. Despite the reviews leaving us optimistic about the stay ahead we were very much disappointed and disgusted...
We stayed in room 203 (after assigned room 110 seemed to be occupied) and already when we arrived we saw two bugs crawling on the ground near the beds, of which one was a cockroach of 1/3". Having killed them we went to sleep confident that that would've been it, but no... We woke up two times in the night with bugs crawling on us. We couldn't sleep...

'Avoid like the plague!
Bed had hairs and small black particles throughout. The room DIDN'T match the photos at all.
Requested to be moved.
New room had no towel. Skirting boards we swollen and had separated from the wall.
Photos showed a table and some furniture. Nil apart from a bed.
Fridge and microwave but no utensils or crockery.
Room smelled of stale smoke.
Shower took 10 minutes for warm water to run.
Cold Tap in kitchen sink was not connected, and just spluterred.'

'Service was great - friendly and helpful. However, room was dirty (soda and other food specs on walls), towels were dirty - we requested new towels and while those were 'new' they also had brown spots on them. Faucet/shower water was not cold, which is hard to handle in the Arizona heat,
In the confirmation email from the hotel, free light breakfast was listed, upon checkin I found out that is not something offered which was unexpected. There is free coffee and an ice machine!'
