My neighbors conversation could easy be heard in the room. The thin windows allowed traffic noise to protrude also. 'Not a horrible place but the floor in our room had a hump in it running the whole length and raised about 1-1/2". Either structural damage or damage from the humidity from the pool being under the room. One of the lights was hanging off the wall. the couch bed was pretty old and not comfortable at all. Pillows were stained. Staff was great though. I didnt tell them these issues because i dont like being "that guy"'

'I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean when I arrived, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool.
