'Honestly if I could give it more that 5 stars I would! The staff are AMAZING! They really could not of been more accommodating to make our over night stay run smoothly. They were able to give us late check out last minute and it saved us soo much hassle in our trip.'

'The room was clean, well furnished and had a cozy feel. We would stay here again, however, there were some minor issues. The toilet flush ran continuously and was audible at night. The cover over the shower plughole was broken and the lead on the kettle was too short and had to be used on the floor. Also the mattress was too firm for us.'

'The hotel room was ok and spacious. Shower gave not so much water. But in general it was a rundown place. We had to wait for food and breakfast long times. At breakfast some plates were not clean. The juice containers were almost empty. And on our departure date we couldn’t get breakfast because of a problem in the kitchen. While having breakfast there was the constant noice of the vacuum cleaner. When mobbing the floor, the employee hardly cleaned the mob in the bucket. The general appearance...

'The inn Was amazing. We had a large room with a sofa bed and room for an infant's cot. The staff was fantastic. The service was exemplary and they made us feel special from the start. I would recommend the Florentine to anyone staying in Sheffield. '

'Gezellige pub/hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Toen we erg vroeg weg moesten stond beneden een ontbijtje voor onderweg klaar. Je kunt er ook lekker eten. Het zat iedere avond vol met locale maar als gast heb je gegarandeerd een tafel. '

'All really nice, good rooms, food and drinks. Could do with more pub food on the menu, not a great choice but very nice. Will stay here again.'

'The whole town is very compressed and tight for space. Part of the charm. The rooms at the Nook may not suit some people in terms of access as there are stairs to some of the rooms. Also quite noisy as very near a couple of pubs but if you accept this as part of the surroundings then its great. Room was good, bar and restaurant down stairs with excellent service in the evening and at breakfast. Would go again. '

'Simple/affordable rooms above a traditional English country pub, in a lovely village location. Staff were very welcoming, rooms were comfortable and parking was easy. '
