'We were looking for a place to stay between Zion and Bryce, and after scouring a bunch of sites we landed on this property. As novice fly fishermen, we were really enthralled with the riverfront access but the river was too high and too fast for us to fish (early May 2024). 'The listing of the property is spot on, and it was even a little roomier than I imagined (though there’s no great seating beyond the chairs around the table). The kitchen is stocked with necessities (and an excellent assortment of spices, and some coffee), but that’s about all. If you’re planning on cooking, I’d bring any specialty utensil that you need.
