Plus a Queen memory/gel foam hide-a-bed. Enjoy the luxury of your own river & fishing hole and relax in the private treed setting. We are blessed with unpolluted, clean air offering an astounding starry night sky filled with an array of stars that you have to see to believe. Cherry wood cabinets through out with imported Italian marble floors, marble and granite bathrooms with granite countertops. Luxurious top of the line king size mattresses that are so comfortable you will never forget them! Direct tv w/ movie channels and fiber optic internet to connect you to the outside world. If you have to bring your work along, there are two desks to use as a work area. Double island master chef kitchen with 2 sinks, 2 island bars, and a 60 inch gourmet cooking range for the most discriminating chef. Washer/dryer are included. ADVENTURES: River rafting and fishing right at your doorstep. This is one of the nicest properties in south central Utah, with access to over 1,000,000 acres of National Parks and State Parks public lands for atv trail riding and hiking trails. Wildlife that comes to the front and back door every evening that include deer, wild turkeys, pronghorn antelope, elk, bald eagles and the occasional pheasant. Hummingbirds are thick and plentiful and a joy to watch. Sat tv and high speed internet is included. Horseback riding thru Bryce Canyon National Park is amazing!!!!
