« A comfortable and nicely appointed hotel in the centre of the town. Many hotels allow early check-in if rooms are available, but NOT the Hampton by Hilton. You pay £10 per hour extra. A very disappointing practice. Low-cost airlines charge for every little extra; it seems that there are low-cost hotels! »

« Très bon rapport qualité-prix. L’hôtel offre une grande flexibilité pour l’installation, même en cas d’arrivée tardive, ce qui est très appréciable. La chambre était propre, le lit spacieux et confortable, parfait pour passer une bonne nuit. Pour le tarif proposé, la prestation est vraiment satisfaisante et répond pleinement aux attentes. »

« We were advised on arrival that a wedding was taking place on the Saturday, not a problem except we we’re giving a room almost above the function suite. The carpet in the room was filthy and not what I would consider acceptable at this price point. The hotel has no air conditioning, the room was too hot even with the window open all night. The pictures on the website are clearly taken when the hotel was refurbished years ago. »

« Pleasant stay at the Seaton Lane Inn with a little hiccup of no towels in the room on arrival but was remedied straightaway. Check in was quick and easy although steep stairs to the upper level of the Inn rooms. May be a little difficult for older people to negotiate these. Had food in the restraunt one night and enjoyed the steak which was cooked as asked and the service was also good from the waiter. Check out was also quick and easy so a very good stay at a good hotel. »

« Beautiful grounds with lovely views of the wildlife in and around the lake. Very peaceful. »

« For the price room was adequate, breakfast tasty , but limited choice. Bar food was very limited, overcooked, and poorly presented. Only tried on first nights stayed,then ate elsewhere. Could do with a refresher of paint, throughout. »

« Only there one night but it was perfectly located for us. Big comfortable bed and best breakfast for a long time »

« Staff are very kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is absolutely wonderful, and as a result we ate most nights in the hotel. Five stars all round! »
