B&B in Hants County

'The most unique at this place was the view from our room and the view from the yard! Watching the tidal bore right in front of us from the porch was just incredible. Our room had 3 windows facing the Bay of Fundy which was amazing. We left the curtains and windows open at night: seeing the view(the bay and sunset) and hearing the sounds outside(water/birds) were real highlights of our stay. The 2nd night we also had an amazing look at the stars outside. And then in the morning we received an...

'We loved the comfort of the heritage home. Centrally located in the town where you could walk to everything you may need. Parking is available however the spots are tight. The room was clean except the trim missed during the cleaning of the bathroom, otherwise everything was lovely.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Stella rose! From arrival to departure both hosts make you feel like home. Breakfast is superb!'

'Fantastic stay! First time in the area. Hosts were very attentive and hospitable. Will definitely stay here on my next trip back in the spring. Highly recommended!'

'The breakfast that was offered for purchase was exceptional.'

'Everything was great except having to book breakfast the night before. Would of liked to have the option to order breakfast in the morning.'

'Prima B&B, het is wel een eindje lopen vanaf het centrum maar het is wel te doen. Vriendelijk personeel en prima ontbijt.'

'Conveniently located for the reasons I was in Halifax. Room was extremely clean and well-maintained as was the Bathroom. Quiet; Children living on floor above but their noise was minimal and normal for kids. All was quiet after their bedtime!! Walkway to the private entrance at the back of the house was grass and ground uneven. The weather was sunny & warm during my stay, so was not a problem. Had it been rainy or winter conditions, it would have been slippery.'

'This place is in a great location and is nice and big. The room was cold at first but heated quickly and I liked that it was non-contact for check-in. The best part is that this was the only place we stayed in for over a week that had a smart TV. This makes a big difference to be able to watch our Netflix shows at the end of a long day!'

'We had a great 2 night stay in late March. The place is close to the Acadia campus to visit our daughter and close to the downtown core for easy strolls. We enjoyed the large hot tub and never lacked for hot water. We had some cold mornings and the small electric fireplace quickly took out the chill. Highly recommend!'

'This was our 2nd stay which we greatly enjoyed. Great property with close proximity to Wolfville and ACADIA university.'

'The country suite of the Gingerbread House is the perfect place to relax and unwind. A nice walk into town for good food (definitely try Paddy's pub) and a patio. Loved the hot tub after a day of hiking the amazing trails the Bay of Fundy has to offer. Wish we had time to take advantage of the fireplace area. The only issue which could be easily remedied are the pillows which were as thin as could be. I'd definitely bring my own. Other than that a great place!!'

'Very clean and an excellent location to have a quiet experience while still being close enough to walk everywhere you want to go.'

'Great spot. Nice building. The apartment was really great. '
