« There were things I liked and didn’t like about this stay. The staff were really friendly, the drinks at the bar were cheap, the locals were really friendly and very social. The breakfast was good the next day and in hindsight, we should have had dinner here as it all looked home made and reasonably priced. « Bon empldcement , tout près du centre de Chepstow et de la Severn. Un peu déconcertant car on accède au B&B et à sa chambre et à la salle de bain (privative mais séparée) via un code sur clavier digital.Cela s'avère finalement très pratique.On prépare aussi son petit-déjeuner, en fait on se sent comme à la maison, breakfast dans le backyard... Très sympa. »

« Sadly this property needs huge investment. The whole place is really tired. There was no on there to welcome us and they hadn’t sent us the door code so I had to phone twice before someone would pick up and then had to wait for the owner to arrive to let us in, not ideal after a long journey. We had a garden room - which had thread bare carpets with stains on, the most uncomfortable bed imaginable and it just felt dirty. I thought from the pictures this place looked ok, but I was very wrong...

« L’hôte est charmante, attentive à nos moindres besoins. La chambre est absolument fabuleuse, magnifiquement décorée, du thé, des tisanes, du café, bonbons et petit gâteau sans parler des produits de toilette mis à disposition. Une chambre dans laquelle on a envie de passer des heures de lecture dans un des fauteuils très confortables ou à regarder la TV. L’emplacement est très proche du centre ville qui reste accessible très rapidement à pieds. »
