Flats in Greenville - Spartanburg

'My wife and I were there to check out the area. The location was great. Walkable to the downtown area. There is a busy street nearby but the rooms have sound machines that eliminated that as an issue. Next time we go to Greenville, we will see if this place is available.'

'Really nice accommodation close to downtown. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Greenville. This particular suite featured a private office with a view of downtown—what a great surprise!'

'Very detailed check in instructions. Condo is clean and very nice with great proximity to downtown Greenville restaurants, parks, etc. Parking in garage behind condo is $10 per day. Communication with host was super easy and he was very responsive and thoughtful.'

'Thanks to Olivia for her quick response to our questions. The property was right in the center of all the action. Nice, large patio, full size w/d and all you need with a two bedroom condo.'

'Our 2nd stay here and we will keep coming back each time were in town! The location is unbeatable, the apartment is super clean and beautiful. Has everything you need. 10/10 recommend!'

'We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to downtown Greenville, so we were able to enjoy Falls Park, Main Street, great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife without worrying about parking (multi-deck parking garage right next door, with 4 EV chargers {included with 10 daily fee}).The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet despite...

'Gorgeous is right! Beautiful condo in the heart of the city. Clean, spacious, great location and had everything we needed. John was an awesome host. This will be our go to spot in Greenville.'

'Great location to downtown'

'It was a great condo and even better location right off North Main. The condo was clean and comfortable with lots of storage. The beds were comfortable and the linens were good quality. For longer stays, the lack of view from any of the windows may bother me but it's just fine for a week or long weekend. I would stay again for future visits.'

'Host very helpful and communicative. Pet friendly, location very beautiful and peaceful , neighbors that I met were very nice and friendly , close to good bakery lunch cafe spot and coffee shop '

'I left on Sunday. Still awaiting my refund from security deposit. The place was very nice but it’s not a condo p. Rather an efficiency with not place to sit and eat. Half the small bar was taken up with a huge air fryer. I am old. It took multiple trips down an uneven walkway to get my luggage in and then back again. Groceries would be a chore also. I only ate pizza one night and instant oatmeal for one breakfast. A Keurig would have been nice. Had to go out to get coffee. The coffee pot...

'Just perfect. 3 bed and 3 baths with plenty of amenities close to everything. Worked great for our situation.'

'This property was exceptional. It was relatively new and even had the new smell to it. It was spacious and very close to the downtown area. It was quiet and offered a relaxing atmosphere while being near everything that we needed. It's also less than an hour's drive to Asheville, Hendersonville, Waynesville and several other places of interest which makes this a great spot for a western North Carolina stay.'

'Our trip to Lake Toxaway Falls was very enjoyable. We have been traveling for over 30 years and think the location and view from this condo is among the best we have seen in all our travels. The pictures on VRBO are very accurate. There is a beautiful view of the falls from the deck! The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the fact that there was a TV in each bedroom as well as in the living area. We have Verizon phone service, which was spotty in the mountains, but...
