« The condo was exactly what was represented and what we were looking for. We were in Grass Valley for the 50th Annual Father's Day Bluegrass Festival. Great location for exploring Grass Valley and hiking trails in the area. We could walk to the Festival as well. The condo was very comfortable and I look forward to renting again, the next time we are in Grass Valley. »

« Cute little place and fun for kids to play arcade games host was amazing able to get in contact with replied and was even understanding of my situation and was able to book me an extra day overall great home I would come back again »

« This was a perfect place for us 4 on a wine tour trip. The stairs could be an issue for some but not us. Has everything one could need except a BBQ. There is exactly enough silverware, plates, bowls, mugs, cups, etc for 4, so we had to wash them at every meal just to use for the next. The upper bedroom floor has a horrific squeak making it impossible to be quiet in the wee hours but definitely managable if you are not a night sleeper. Clean, tidy and nicely decorated. Feels welcoming and private...

« Such a great setup for a family. Bedrooms were quiet, beds were comfy, and we felt very safe with it being a gated community. Chris the owner was very communicative and always got right back to me when I asked any questions. Highly recommend! »

« This was a a perfect place to meet up with our Davis student for a holiday gathering. Right across the street from campus and only a block from downtown! The house was comfortable to cook and play games and watch movies- our favorite activities. The beds were very comfortable. Management was very kind and responsive. Hope to stay here again! »
