'We purchased the room through Expedia, and upon entering the room we encountered ROACHES!!!!! I pulled back the bed sheets and the bed was NASTY, I mean totally DISGUSTING!!! I took pictures of the ROACHES & NASTY BED!!! I returned to the office and showed the manager the pictures, and demanded a refund!!!! I was told that I needed to get with EXPEDIA!'
