'The rooms were not ready when we arrived. The second room was not ready til 7:00pm. There was not enough room. No small table available to eat at. One room had fridge and microwave but the other didn’t. '

Went to this property during a cooler season in April and the indoor pool (only pool warm enough to swim in) was closed for our entire trip. 'Terrible service, dirty room'

'Check-In was effortless, All staff was helpful and polite, indoor pool & water slide was the highlight. Rooms very clean. Would stay again! '

'Our original booked room had a water heater issue so they accommodated us and moved us to a different room. Under the kitchen sink had previous tenants recycling bags. The disposal did not work. The bifold closet doors in both rooms were off track and not working. The vacuum was clogged full and smelled bad. The shower faucet in the master bath is coming out of the wall. The refrigerator leaks water onto the top shelf (a bowl has been placed inside to catch it) and also in the freezer. Maybe it...
