'Exceptional service level'

'Great and beautiful hotel with wonderfull staff, special SO to Ping for helping us greatly every day. There F&B needs to be elevated to reach 5 star level. Quality and taste of the food is below 5 star standards Breakfast room is eating outside in the heat not 5 star level. Beter accessibility if you have a wheelchair or stroller many stairs but no easy way to go down with a stroller to the pool'

'Schonen kamers, zeer lief en vriendelijk personeel, massage was top. Ze doen alles om het naar je zin te maken '
