What was disappointing : the plumbing needs more consistent maintenance , last trip we had only hot water in the shower and had to switch rooms , this trip the bathroom sink drain had to be cleaned during our stay , and the lobby bathroom failed to flush . 'Good hotel for business travel. Good restaurant adjacent to the hotel'

'I loved my stay at the Dune! I was in a corner room and it got great sunlight all day. It was just a few minutes from the beach, so I was able to walk out and watch the sunrise. There was also a market across the street that had delicious breakfast. I brought it back to my room to eat while enjoying the Keurig coffee in the room.'

'Being by the water'

'From check in to check out, everything was seamless. The front desk staff were so friendly and checked us in early without any hesitation. The rooms are huge, plenty of space and so clean. Ordered dinner one night from the restaurant and it was delicious. Perfect stay!'

'The room was very comfortable, and check in was smooth. I would caution families with small children from staying here, because of many of the signs decorating the interior are inappropriate (mild profanity, toilet humor). But the amenities were great, and the temperature was good, even though it's a basement unit.'

'Friendly staff. Great room . Walking distance to the district theatre. Will def stay there again '

'First of all the pictures didn't do this place any justice. I love the layout and size of this place, the rooms are spacious, the living room and dining areas are perfectly organized, and the kitchen and bathroom are huge, and everything we're cleaned and nothing out of place. Excellent job by host, nothing I can think of improving. I will definitely try booking this place again when I get the dates of our next event next year.'
