'We really enjoyed out stay. The suite was clean and spacious. Good wifi connection and enough parking spaces. Friendly staff and simple but good breakfast options. Only downside were the unclean carpets, when walking barefoot the soles of our feet turned black! '

Sitting area outside was perfect. . and we slept well.. . The only thing we were surprised about was the On Street Parking for unloading. And the Stairs at the Entrance.. Not Handicap Accesibble. We had a large family gathering and this property gave us plenty of options for sleeping, eating, gathering and plenty of equipment for entertainment such as bikes, kayaks and paddle boards. 'Not only is the cottage cute and clean, the location is perfect! We were so close to everything in Mystic! Our two young boys were even able to scooter (while we walked) to the downtown area of shops and restaurants. We loved the quiet side street and the bit of water view from the property. 'I stayed at this amazing studio cottage with my girlfriend for 2 nights for her birthday. Our hosts, Liz and Adam were simply amazing. They allowed us an early check in and a late check out. Liz even brought out bicycles for us to use to tour around the neighborhood and ride along the shore line. Because it was my girlfriends birthday (or maybe they just do this), they had Prosecco and Orange Juice plus beer and cheese and other snacks for us when we arrived. The cottage is adorable, perfect...

'This cottage is so adorable and just a short walk to the beach and a local convenience store. This makes it easy to park the car and just walk to get coffee and such. We stayed in October so not much open this time of year, but we were in the area for a family wedding so not much time to hang out anyway.
