« We were in Houston for a live concert event, and the Hampton Inn was very conveniently located for us. The gated parking made us feel secure when we got back late at night. The staff was wonderful. The room was very comfortable, the common areas were clean and pleasant. I wanted to try the pool but didn't get the chance-- next time! Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We had a great stay, we'll be back when our fave band returns! »

« Great stay even if only one night, far exceeded my expectations. Ask how old the hotel was as felt newly built only 6-8mths old. Fabulous staff so friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay we'll be coming back again. »

« I’ve been there a few times. Great location Great Service I had to change room The rooms need to be repaired, dry walls, toilet leaking all the time (both rooms) all night…. Torn and broken curtains Gym equipment need maintenance as they are squeaking and air circulation in that room is inefficient Rooms have to be refreshed Price wise it is not worth it 1 star hotel »

« Not one bad thing to say about this hotel and my staff. Check in was efficient. Room was clean. Comfort of the bed was good. They provided ear plugs and I wasn’t sure why. It is near a highway and that’s probably why but it wasn’t too loud for me because I slept good! »
