« We selected the Scapes Hotel for our 2D1N Genting Highlands trip. Our deluxe room was sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable. Having a car made it easy for us to get around and travel up and down the mountain. »

« Chambres très propres et spacieuses mais couloirs assez sales. Personnel très sympathique. Hôtel très bien situé, distance de marche des restaurants. Navette gratuite pour aller au Premium outlet et au téléphérique. »

« Appartement relativement confortable mais situé à proximité de l’autoroute. Énormément de bruits de circulation 24h/24. Notre logement était de plus situé à côté d’une colonne de ventilation donc bruit sourd en permanence. Je déconseille. »

« Overall experience was very great with Silaslee - 1) Room was clean, and towels were provided, toiletry were provided 2) Unit came with a very cool jacuzzi located at balcony 3) Unit included a Coway water machine, microwave, fridge and oven 4) Best of all is that the unit came with an automated mahjong machine »

« Our stay at Antara by Sleeping Lion felt quite underwhelming for the price we paid. The residence is often promoted with a lot of hype, but the experience did not match the expectations. Since it is a residence and not a hotel, we did not receive services that we usually associate with this price range. There was no room service and no daily housekeeping. We had to call the staff just to get our trash collected, and trash bags were only provided after we asked. The attached mall is not fully...

« Love everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We weren’t able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself....

« Having a super nice experience. If want to improve, maybe could change the pillow coz its flat after lay your head on it. Other than that is super top! Thanks Paul and andria :) »

« Check in time STRIGHTLY starts at 3pm, although arrive earlier also need to wait till the time. Property is clean, neat & tidy. i booked 3 bedrooms condo due to we have 8 persons in this trip, all feels happy with the stay. »

« The Futon little bit dirty. Have a spot at futon. Then the water heater like some trouble at master bedroom .. Don't have a hot water if we get a shower. Have a window no curtain so i always wear a hijab cause outsider can see through the window to the living room. Overall is okay. My kids also like to stay there but must improve for furniture to make guest happy to stay. Also i can cook for my family. The receptions also good. Fast responsive. I will repeat again but please change the futon...
