'Positive : staying in the durian orchard, beautiful hilltop view with various special building layout and designs, a good place for a chilling family vacation. Negative : most of the rooms are typically small, no sound proof (can hear voices next door), poor room management (no towels, water bottles, shampoo), some rooms are dirty and lack of maintenance especially for those rooms built with woods, no side table in the room and bathroom to place our stuff which is very inconvenient.'

'Hoewel de Cameron Highlands en dus ook het hotel een beetje geisoleerd liggen, was dit een geweldige ervaring. De gast staat centraal (soms zelfs een beetje teveel) en er is een persoonlijke benadering. Het hotel heeft restaurants met een goede keuken en prima bediening. De omgeving zal niet iedereen bevallen. Ga erheen om te wandelen (jungletochten), te golfen of gewoon even helemaal niets te doen en af te koelen. De natuur en de theeplantages zijn prachtig. De dorpen zijn niet bijzonder. '

'The accommodation looks like a building what used to be a great hotel back in the days. The rooms are spacious and there is free breakfast included with freshly made omelet. However the carpet is full of spots, the bathroom full of molt and little insects. The hotel experienced a few power interruptions during our stay. The location is on walking distance of the city center with nice restaurants for a good diner.'

'We were overwhelmed by the lenghths to which the staff accommodated our needs to be in different parts of the overall resort at different times. Because most of the major hotels and attractions are interconnected with undercover links and escalators, walking from one to another was relatively easy on such a steep location.'

'Enjoyed out 3D2N stay at Mangala. The resort manager granted us a discount to upgrade to the Vana pool villa which was available at that time. Great villa to stay in. Very quiet and private, and enjoyed the pool and outdoor shower the most. Staff at the resort were attentive and helpful at all times. Overall a very positive experience. '
