'We had a great week at El Cid. The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach, nearby many nice restaurants and super close to a bus stop from which you can get to Palma in 15 minutes. The staff extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. For the people wondering whether it's a con to be so close to the airport: during the whole week there was only one airplane that flew directly overhead. 'The location is sublime. The hotel has a lot of (old) charm. The staff is just amazing. The pool area is spacious with stunning views. The room was a bit small and uninspiring. It could do with an update. It felt like a throw back to the ‘70s. Perhaps I’m a bit sensitive but the sewage tank is located next to the pool area and the smell drifted over the pool area. All in all a good experience. '

'We hadden 2 verschillende kamertypes geboekt. Toch liever beide partijen een zelfde kamer. Dit werd gelijk, zonder gedoe geregeld. Koffie vergeten bij te vullen door housekeeping? een kwartier later stond het alsnog op de kamers. Dit was ons 2e bezoek hier en voor volgend jaar staat de reservering al klaar. De rust in en om het hotel, mede door de situering in een woonwijk, is fantastisch. En wil je wat meer reuring? De bushalte zit om de hoek en in 5 minuten loop je naar het nabijgelegen strand...
