'Love love loved staying here! The location was so convenient and couldn’t have been more cozy! I do wish that there was a little bit more of a variety of breakfast food. But still loved the food that was provided. Staff was kind and helpful. '

'The rooms were clean & spacious. The hotel is walking distance from Gatlinburg downtown. Sherry, Constantine & Stephanie at Bistro were kind & helpful. We enjoyed morning breakfast, remember it’s not a buffet so it takes time. '

'The room was clean and right off the start looked promising, but remodeling was in the works which we weren't made aware of. When we became aware of it, it was to late! My wife got sick snd was vomiting from the painting that was going on No help from staff. '

'no problem with staff spotless room, the dog fee was very expensive 60 dollars. Paid 56 for the room and 60 for my labradoodle.'

'The location was by far the best part of status here. Easy walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. Accommodations were clean and our run was cleaned daily. My only two complaints were that parking was a challenge. Go to the top of the garage. You'll have more to there. Also the shower water was only like warm. Otherwise great place to stay. '
