« The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better. »

« Home was beautiful and in a great walkable neighborhood. Don’t think they are locally owned since my communication seemed to have to rely on a 3rd party for answers. Listed hair dryer as an amenity & it was not there, making us have to run to the store. Also, did not have electricity in a lot of outlets & maintenance needed to be better kept up. « Our stay at this property was a nightmare. The homeowner was intrusive, constantly messaging us. Strict requirements for driver’s licenses and guest numbers were outlined, and if you have visitors, you must provide proof of their licenses. The house is heavily monitored with video and voice surveillance, making it uncomfortable from the start. The cleanliness was appalling, despite paying a premium for cleaning services.
