« This cottage is an absolute gem. Sooo close to everything! Don’t choose this space is you’re a cooker, it’s for someone like me that only needs the chiller for wine and snacks. Outside of no real kitchen it perfect for couples. Definitely will stay with this company again. »

« Had a work trip and ended up traveling with my mom and dog. Opted to stay at Frannys Florida cottage in lieu of a hotel and was a good choice. We truly enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable and adorable! Also loved the fenced in back area with the porch swing. Creates a private little area to sit and chil outside. Will stay there again if I ever find myself in the Fort Walton Beach area again. »

It very much is a tiny home so you have to get creative on where to unpack / store luggage. Location cannot be beat! Easy breezy walk to anywhere you want to go in the Seaside shopping/dining/beach area. Also backs up to WaterColor and easy walk to their boathouse for paddle boarding. »

« We had the best time staying in this oasis! Everything was perfect and we even had beach accessories to take with us. We love this neighborhood so much and love how close the beach access was. « The property was definitely more than what we expected. You cant beat the price, there was everything we needed in the home. It was very spacious. There were 7 of us and we all had our own space. "HĂŽtel bien placĂ© mais pas au top au niveau accueil, propretĂ© et petit dĂ©jeuner. L’accueil n’est pas des plus chaud mais ça allait quand mĂȘme. Foule au niveau du petit dĂ©jeuner avec une file d’attente pour avoir des gaufres ou une table dĂ©plus de 20 mnLa personne du petit dĂ©jeuner est trĂšs Ă©nergique mais Ă  8h59 elle accĂ©lĂšre encore pour tout arrĂȘter mĂȘme s’il y encore la queue. La propretĂ© gĂ©nĂ©rale est moyenne. Manque d’entretien global."
