'We really enjoyed our time here. The house is in a great location with plenty of privacy. We had a lot of fun using the kayaks, and the closeness of the put-in was great. Well stocked with everything we needed - even a stacked washer/dryer. Has a homey feel as another reviewer said. There is a grocery store nearby and a good amount of restaurants around. We would both highly recommend a stay here.'

'We stayed at the star fish little home away from home. This place was exactly as pictured. My neice and I absolutely loved this place and would highly recommend this to others. Price was well worth the stay to have privacy and all the amenities needed. We ate at local restaurants Coconut Joes was amazing and beach is close and absolutely beautiful!!'

'Great property and was a perfect fit for our family vacation. We had a car rented and did lots of touring. It’s about a 25 minute drive to the coast-worth noting depending on your plans. The pool isn’t heated-also worth noting if traveling during “cooler” months, but was okay by afternoon. All in all, great spot! Loved having some extras we didn’t expect like beach bags and coolers. '

'The cottage was quite unique being located directly behind the owners residence in a neighborhood. The unit was perfect for my wife and I during our 2 night stay. It was clean and well appointed with everything you would need for your stay. The decor was beachy and appeared to be professionally done. The grounds outside the cottage was very nice with multiple sitting area’s to enjoy cocktails or coffee. 'I wanted to get as close as I could to Bowman’s Beach and Blind Pass to go shell collecting. For the price this was a gem. I was able to do my daily walks at 5am collecting shells and be back for breakfast/brunch with my husband. Couldn’t walk on the beach to Blind Pass, have to walk on bike trail. So if you’re interested in shell collecting this spot was very good. You get a beach pass to park at the Trade Winds parking lot which was empty most of the time. 'Great location and super clean! It was quaint we loved the private patio, use of beach carts, towels, and chairs. An ice cream store next door- score!! The beds are comfortable. We will visit again!!'

'It was typical Florida HOT! Location and Cottage was GREAT. I do have one suggestion for you. I am 6'2" 280 and the shower in #2 Sandpiper was small. If you expand the shower to fit the walk-in area it would work out a lot better. I enjoyed the cottage and area a lot. The other people that stayed in the others at the same time were also a pleasure to have around as well. Get to know you neighbors.
