'Everything was perfect! Such a great staff and beautiful hotel.'

'During our stay at this hotel, cash was stolen from our room while we were at breakfast. We always make sure to close and secure the door, so this was extremely alarming. When we reported the incident, the manager suggested that we must not have closed the door properly, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. 'The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult.'

But there were loud, bagging and booming noises all night -I barely slept. Sounded like I was adjacent to some equipment room. The coffee selection was eh and the oat milk was bad. Clearly it was not so when I told the front desk they gave me a double room, and he told me "save your complaints for the morning". 'The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room.'
