'Everything was perfect! Such a great staff and beautiful hotel.'

'The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult.'

But there were loud, bagging and booming noises all night -I barely slept. Sounded like I was adjacent to some equipment room. The coffee selection was eh and the oat milk was bad. 'The first thing to mention is that when we walked in to check in, the key card machine was broken so we couldn't even check into our own room - we needed the front desk person to open the door for us. However, when we entered the room, it wasn't even fully prepared. All the cabinet doors were open and the floor was noticeably dirty. 'We left upon arrival. Room smelled of smoke and must. The room was substantially smaller than anticipated - the king bed did not leave much walking space around the perimeter, even for a person of smaller stature such as myself.'
