'The staff at the front desk were very polite and accommodating. When we first checked in we went up to our room and noticed that it had not been cleaned, we went back down to the front desk and they put us up in another room. The other room was very clean. When we checked out the next morning they did comp our stay for the mix up of a dirty room. This was our first time staying here as we were attending a Chiefs game. Our next Chiefs game we will stay here again. '

'The hotel was very nice and the room was spotless. Decor throughout was upscale and all staff members I encountered were friendly. The restaurants were all good to great with the exception of the Burger Joint, where I encountered slow service and an unkempt dining area. The casino was tight, but offered a good variety of games, although the games in the non-smoking area were dated. I had an issue at check in but Kesia took care of it to my satisfaction. I have already recommended this property...
