'Fire alarm went off at 3 AM on Novembe 5th, but the siren could not be heard at all inside room 2306 due to the front vestibule. I only realized what was happening when I looked out the window and saw a crowd outside. There was absolutely zero communication or direction from hotel staff and no fire department at all on site . After 40 minutes, the alarm finally stopped, and everyone just went back inside without any directions or updates. Major safety concern.

This boutique hotel is a real gem. Superfriendly staff that is so helpful. They think of everything. There even is sun cream provided at the pool. The room was fantastic, and so nicely decorated. The small pool was also fantastic. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, coffee, thee, bread, bagels, meat, cheese, etc.
And the hotel is located directly on Duval Street,

Hotelkamers zijn - voor ons alleszins - iets te klein voor 3 personen en de bijhorende bagage. Maar op zich is er niets op de kamers aan te merken.
Vriendelijke ontvangst aan de receptie, behulpzaam met je op weg te helpen in Key West.

Ontbijt is in de ruimte waar de receptie is, kan wat krap zijn wanneer het hotel volboekt is. Leuk is het standje waar je een omelet kan laten maken.
