'Very nice hotel at a good price in a downtown Richmond location. The desk staff were super nice and very helpful. They have a very interesting elevator system where you touch the screen for the floor you want. When we were in the parking garage, it took me a while to figure out how to get to the lobby (which has its own logo at the bottom of the numbers). It is nice though because you typically have the elevator to yourself. The breakfast was simple, but good. The beds were comfortable, but I...

'There were stains on the mattresses, burns on the sheets and comforter, crumbs all over the place, a layer of dust on the hairdryer, and eveything was just generally worn. It was cheap but not sure it was worth it.'
