'There was only 1 elevator working the whole weekend. All of the guests were discussing it as we left today. Apparently, people were riding up with their luggage just to have an option at getting in with enough room to go down during checkout. At some points, there were 30 minute waits!'

'Great location. You're an easy drive or walk to anything you want to do in Richmond. The suites are enormous and worked perfectly for our family of 3. Staff is friendly and easy to deal with. Valet parking is convenient and the overall stay was excellent. Will definitely stay here again Thanks!'

'This was my first time at the Moxy. It's for those who cringe at the bland cookie-cutter hotels. This hotel encourages interaction among guests and has games and communal seating spaces galore.'

'It served the function of being a hotel in a convenient location. The entrance is a bit hard to find since it's down the hallway and there's not much signage. Elevators are kinda weird but that's just personal preference'

'The gym is pretty basic with free weights, treadmills, elliptical, mats, and balls. Would have liked to have seen a functional machine or machine at all for those of us that lift with guardrails due to age or prior injuries. But I'd you're freeweight lifting they have 10-50s there. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options but not high quality. Pretty much grab and go. It was .. okay. Room was a room. Decent space. The wall unit does not turn the AC on, you need to use the window...
