'Great location but be prepared for the climb back up the hill from town! The parking involved a bit of shuffling but it was easy enough and superb to have an EV charger. We had the smallest room which doesn’t have a seaview but we knew that before coming and the room was lovely and cosy, with plush carpets, linen and towels. I wasn't sure what it'd be like without a staffed reception but it was easy to get hold of someone if you needed anything.'

'Stayed 6 nights in this lovely hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful, very professional. Hotel location is in beautiful Roseland area, pretty central in Cornwall. Breakfast and dinner in hotel is a feast, very relaxed atmosphere with tasty dishes and amazing ocean view. Room is clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Parking is easy and plenty of space. We loved our stay! '

'Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!'
