'The one bed in our room had a large sinkhole in the mattress, which made it difficult to sleep. I told that lady at reception at check out. All she said was, "I will let housekeeping know". No discount on the room rate was offered (we were there for two nights). Very disappointing as a Hilton member.'

'The room layout was the best part, but our window was facing the main road, and it was very, very, very noisy throughout the day and night and very hard for my toddler to go to sleep. They also didn’t have any wine glasses or any cutlery or plates for us to use. The staff was very nice and helpful parking is $20 overnight. It is a little bit further out away from the Falls so I don’t really recommend there are a few Ramada’s way closer to Clifton Hill but this one was the one with the suite...
