'The price for the region seems fair. The hotel needs updates and better attention to detail in cleaning. We experienced dirty glasses, overflowing water in the shower an overall lack of attention to detail.'

'This has nothing to do with the owner although I'm not sure a room was even available for my arrival date based on my conversation with him. He was very accommodating and gave me access to the balcony to use. It is Expedia that gets the 1-star testing because of the way you handled things with me. I'm NEVER using you and won't recommend you to anyone who asks. '

'De room The room we were given on the second attempt was very proper.
The lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly and did everything she could to correct the mistake.
Compliments to her.
The lady in the restaurant during breakfast also deserves a big compliment. With the many limitations, she tried to think in terms of solutions.
No any spoons available.
The restaurant during dinner was terrible in every respect.
The service: people who have to do this work without any training...
