'De room The room we were given on the second attempt was very proper.
The lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly and did everything she could to correct the mistake.
Compliments to her.
The lady in the restaurant during breakfast also deserves a big compliment. With the many limitations, she tried to think in terms of solutions.
No any spoons available.
The restaurant during dinner was terrible in every respect.
The service: people who have to do this work without any training...

'I have 15 years staying at the Embajador
Never fails, is my home in my country.
We’re your nerves system feels relaxed with the sounds of the birds and the beautiful Garden.. makes me feel very proud of who founded it Trujillo.
Only problem is that it’s some new staff, they don’t know to keep their self in the place as employees. As a Dominican national I cant be too friendly. They would immediately cross the line of not keeping their distance and work ethic.
Over all is the best Hotel...
