Positief: Staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The property is modern and has significant potential; however, several issues significantly impacted the comfort of our stay. The room became extremely bright early in the morning due to insufficient blackout curtains, waking us much earlier than planned. The excessive daylight also made it difficult to use the television during the day, as the screen was very difficult to see.
In addition, no dish soap was provided in the kitchen, which made basic use of the space inconvenient. We were also unable to use the pool, as it was extremely cold and did not appear heated.
Lastly, cleanliness upon arrival was concerning. We found a used bar of soap in the bathroom, which raised concerns about whether the room had been properly cleaned before check-in.
Given these issues, we feel the stay did not fully meet expectations, but the staff was very nice!
