Hotel is outdated en een beetje shabby / versleten; kamer aan drukke weg; paar lampen deden het niet en toilet spoelde slecht door. Oploskoffie in zakje bij het ontbijt verhoogde de sfeer ook niet bepaald

By far the worse hotel I stayed in. It already started during check in; long queue, took 30 min before I got my key. Then the room the put me in was unpleasant somewhere in the basement where I only saw staff and no guests on that floor, the room had a bad smell and it was stuffy. I went back To the reception to request for another room. Unfortunately the lady at the reception was not willing to help and it almost look like she enjoyed it. She was very rude and unfriendly it almost made me wanna switch hotels and accept my lost. To be honest I hope that the managements of this hotel will teach her how to be more guest focused (btw she was calling us clients). Fortunately somebody from management was apologetic and helpful and gave me a better room. During my stay I saw many Guests complaining. I have stayed in many hotels and I think this is the first time that I gave such a review but I had to do it. I sincerely hope they will improve

Er was 1 dag geen fatsoenlijk ontbijt omdat er geen personeel voor was. De kamer werd tijdens het verblijf niet schoongemaakt en we moesten zelf handdoeken, wc papier etc bij de receptie halen. En goed om te weten dat de ingang van het hotel bereikt wordt na een flinke afdaling en er uit betekent dus een flinke helling nemen.

Absolutely disgusting and not what I paid for. My windowless room was dirty, dingy and even mouldy. There was a used plaster stuck to the sheets, the pillows were stained and there were multiple hairs around that certainly didn’t belong to me. There was a banging sound from upstairs all night. I called the staff member to come and hear it and he said “it’s not that bad, maybe you can use earplugs” I shouldn’t have to use earplugs. Honestly, I wish I had stayed in one of those little pod beds in a hostel. It was supposed to be a double bed but it was two singles pushed together. Something I found out when I fell through the middle of them during the night. The bathroom was filthy, other people’s trash was still in the room and the shower head couldn’t stay in position, meaning I had to sit down to shower. The absolute temerity of them to charge what they do is a nonsense. Avoid, avoid, avoid

For the considerably high price paid we’d expect better facilities and service. The room wasn’t particularly clean with hair locks in the bath and dust on the floor and windows. The furniture and facilities are quite dated and the facilities overall are as well. There isn’t any transport link to the city centre which is quite inconvenient.

The park opposite the hotel was very nice. Pretty far away from the next bus stop to downtown, the price was much too high for the limited room, the window was very dirty and almost every time a big tourist bus standing right in front. The room was pretty dark with no suitable light for reading in bed. No really good advice from the receptionist for heading with public traffic downtown.

After paying 120 £ for a night I expect a clean room but room was not cleaned Shower was not working properly and I reported that as well but of course I will not wait until they repair because I was there just for a day.

Arrived to be ignored by the receptionist, room was old and really not for for purpose, it’s 2024 and not a plug socket or a usb anywhere near the bed and the bedside tables were miles away from the actual bed anyway! The complimentary shower gel was empty, and shower was pretty poor. No extra pillows if needed, at breakfast the food was average at best, no real coffee just sachets and an urn of hot water, I would of expected at least a decent coffee in the morning for the price of breakfast not a sachet. The orange juice was empty and not refilled, on checkout 3 colleagues just stood there talking to each other as I was waiting to check out, I wasn’t acknowledged at all, eventually I had to interrupt them to check out, I just think in 2024 I would have expected better, I won’t be back

Quite a tired hotel, furniture was very old and worn. However, it was easy to get to using public transport and has easy access to the city centre. Had issues with noise in our room with air conditioners and lift machine rooms being audible from our room. Good rates compared to other local hotels.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. I expected a better experience for the price I paid. The staff is not well trained or attentive. The server at breakfast is rude and unfriendly. The pictures of the hotel in the website are different of what it really looks like. The room I stayed was clean but very basic. No fridge. Wi-Fi and breakfast are available at extra charges.

my room was not cleaned. there was hair in the bathtub, pee on the bottom of the toilet, i found pills and empty zin packages under my bed, handprints on the wall, dirty shower curtain, etc. staff was nice but overall, i felt disgusted in my room. don’t stay here.
