« This was a clean cosy condo unit in a small 6 unit building. Security was excellent, the pool was clean and the other residents were super welcoming. Highlights were the daily barefoot beach walks and the magnificent sunsets. Both the property owner and the property manager were very helpful. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet relaxing home base from which to explore the Ecuadorian coast. »

« The apt. was very clean and felt very safe , it was a little difficult to find ( one way street) however everything was very close, the beach, restaurants and markets. The view from the top was beautiful. Overall we had an amazing time and no complaints at all! The host was very helpful and communicated anytime we had a question. »

« This is a very comfortable space with all the amenities. They pretty much thought of all the guests' needs including bottled water, soap, cooking utensils, extra towels, and extra pillows. It offers a great view of central Cuenca with the cupolas of the Cathedral and is only a 10-15 minute walk from the central Cuenca. There are lots of places to get prepared food and smaller stores to get basic needs like milk and water. The balconies are very nice to use. We did have some problems with the...
